I have severe anxiety for public speaking...it has affected my whole life...my hand usually tremors...whenever I am asked to speak something in class my voice gets shaky heart beats fast it feels like I am not able to speak...after few days I will be having a presentation...kindly suggest me something...breathing exercises I have already done...it doesn't work on the spot...please help! I want to give my presentation confidently

As my sister was having bipolar mania from Dec 2021 then we consulted with psychiatrist and given medicine(OLA10 mg,Litcha sr450,monotap 50and lorex 0.5mg) then after 2 - 3 months we were seeing she was recovered . But then in March starting she start sleeping alot , become so sluggish and lazy not eating food and not doing anything only sleep a lot . Then we consulted doctor he told that she is in depression and given medicine (Litcha Sr 450 , OLA 10 and lorex again ). Then after few days she was normal like before she was energetic and eating food . By mischance she didn't  eaten medicine as she was out of station and we thought she is taking medicine But she didn't  take those for more than 10 days . Then again from past 3 days she is behaving like earlier so much sluggish and sleeping more than 15 hours . Not eating food but we are forcing her to take little and take medicine Also she rudely told our mother that don't talk to me for 7 days do your own work.Please help what to do.

How can we get it,even if nobody in our family has it and after getting treated will I permanently be cured from it?

I m faving lot of Irregular sleeping issue like i m not even able to sleep for continuous 1 hr. And i m becoming very negative. My mind is attractive towrds every negative things in my surroundings. I m not even able to think or focus about my positive attitude and response

I've been suffering from anxiety for 2-3 years and it gets worsen in the evening. I tried to meditate but it triggered my anxiety and made it worse. My anxiety is problem is not consistent and I'm also having migraine headache as well. I don't know I kind of feel like empty and lonely someday without any reason. And suicidal thoughts also come to my mind sometimes and actually I tried once to commit suicide but I didn't. I don't understand sometimes I feel depressed too.
