For any diagnosis , we need detailed history and evaluation of the Mental Status Examination.Treatment has to be diagnosis based and not on just one symptom.
Exactly it is “Perception problem”… Or Is it part of the psycho -pathology, A consultation should be taken from a mental health professional.
