I don't fall asleep at night easily it takes me a lot of efforts to sleep at night if I sleep horrible dreams come to my mind at morning time i prefer to be alone i can feel headache in my head every time i hear about some thing about someone or something i prefer to be alone i am lossing my appetite at a rapid rate not able to focus anywhere and feels very irritated sometimes. Sometimes i don't feel anything like if someone is shouting on me i am just like let it be i don't want to answer them i have started hating the crowd i prefer to be alone in my own dark space please help me out

How to mentally fit without medication. I have trouble studying due to anxiety. When I hear someone near me shouting  I am afraid. Due to anxiety I feel weard sensation in legs like jelly felling.In the evening I feel depressed.please give suggestion for mentally strong.

Doctors said that daydream is a form of obsession and its treatment is anti obsessional like SSRIs.but SSRIs don't work in my case.but antipsychotics work in my case.why do Doctor prescribe SSRIs not antipsychotics?is diagnosis wrong? what's the treatment of daydreaming.some doctors also said that it's a symptom of psychosis.

Hello. Just few days ago, I suffered from an incident which is giving me anxiety and tension. I feel like I'm suffering from mental trauma. I'm taking xet 10 daily at night after food. Please help with the same.

I have been taking Resdone LS for 3 months, 1 tab(2mg) for severe ocd which did not come in control with only fluoxetine 40 or serta 100( 1+1=2years). How do i taper off Resdone LS?

Doctor put me on nextio plus for anxiety, I have anxiety about how to overcome it I am taking counseling also but with drugs I can get a temporary cure what more can I do to leave the drugs . Nexito plus at 23 year age I don't drink or smoke what I take normal diet what can be possible side effects in future can it damage vital organs I am just asking .I have faith  in  modern science as per your experience can it damage kidney or liver in long run .If I don't take I get anxiety get angry on small things nexito plus .

I hv generalized anxiety disorder along with IBS C. Complaints of bloating and indigestion. Stress levels high. Consulted dctr and advised clofranil 25mg along with toficalm 50 thirce. Just wnt to know if clofranil 25mg cause weight gain and constipation ?

Helo Doctars From last few months i am suffering from anxiety issues like if any small things or problem occure i get hopeless my hands were shivering and also i cant breath properly. Started feelimg like cry. Phobia to loss some one very close. Very much negativity, anger issues.. My professional life is good but m suffering problems in personla life due to this issues. Pls help
