Where is it available in Delhi? I want to book a consultation. I have been suffering from bipolar since 5 years and medicines work but make me feel disconnected from everything.

Suffering from Depression since i was 10. Things got out of hand when I was in college. Since then I've seen 5 psychiatrists. I don't feel connected to anything, like a blank slate, very difficult to cry even. Got diagnosed with diabetes few days ago. Physician told it might have been caused by my current medicines. I've been thinking of Ketamine therapy for some time now. Where in Delhi would that be available? Or should I go for ECT?

I always have illness anxiety disorder and also i have a worrisome personality this keeps me depressed and anxious through out the day Since past two months i am suffering mentally because of this

Hello doctor I have palpitations like pulsing in neck and chest I have sinus tachycardia showed in ecg.I also done 2d echo test it was normal. And a week later I did another tech it was normal. I'm using betablockers in the morning and nexito plus tablets at night.But what makes me scare is I'm feeling a strange pulsing like pressure from head into neck and to chest and feeling palipitations. What is the cause is it heart related? I'm worried it was ruining my daily activities.pls help me

I was diagonised for Fatty Liver, anxiety disorder and gastritis.The doctor advised me to continue the above medicines for a long time. My question is that for how many days should I continue the two medicines? Can I stop the medication all of a sudden? If not, How?

Right now I m having shortness of breathe. My chest seems a bit heavy. I feel like shouting and crying out loud. In general in my day to day life, I feel lost and confused. I get irritated frequently. I shout more often and argue alot. I am losing everything even my own cool nature. I hate being like this. Want to get out of this situation. Kindly advice

I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down..i also feel pulse everywhere and feel my heartbeat strong when i kept my hand on chest so cardio said it anxiety and prescribed me ciplar i will take it for 30 days(ciplar 20 and then 10) but other symptoms like sound of my heartbeat are reduced and other symptoms also but feeling of own heartbeat are still there specially when i sleep with wearing shirt . Then i consult psychiatrist yesterday they suggest me peroxetine and propranolol also..but i dont want to take propranolol coz my heartbeat rate is without ciplar also 70 to 78 and inthe morning its 65 so then docter told me to take only peroxetine is that enough?
