Feeling fear when hear someone shouting.
How to mentally fit without medication. I have trouble studying due to anxiety. When I hear someone near me shouting  I am afraid. Due to anxiety I feel weard sensation in legs like jelly felling.In the evening I feel depressed.please give suggestion for mentally strong.
