Hai sir /madam Iam m.tech. married 7 months back Recently iam under so much stress due to my mother in law issues bcoz of my inter caste marriage. She always complaints on every simple thing to my husband and destroy love b/n us. Actually i was under so much stress since i lost my father who is world to me in 2020. Now this is another type of stress. on our last fight recently i got so much head ache which is unbearable and didnt cured to any medicene. I thought it was sinus head ache and went to my regular E.N.T doctor.he done scans and wroted diagnosis "neuralgia". And he told me its not related to sinus u r sinus report is clear but its about u r stress on nerves either work stress or mental stress. I went neuro doctor he suggested me Nexvenla od plus -50 mg Migranex 10 mg Gr8 od 30/40mg Xykaa bd 1000 mg Suggest me if this much dosage need. Or any other option to control. I need to concieve.

I have using oleanz plus for schizoprenia i have stopped it using for 5 days since then I am sufferring from sleep disorder i don't know why can any tell me what should I do for getting sleep

I was diagnosed with OCD 18 years back and since then have been on sertraline 200mg OD for first 16 years and then on 100mg OD(direct to 100) for last 2 years. It worked wonders . Twice I stopped it cold turkey in that 18 year period (after initial 2years and 6years). In both,had ocd relapse after 4-5 months which resolved after resuming sertraline.This May'22, after doing great on 100mg, i thought of tapering it further and  consulted a psychiatrist. But instead, he switched me to fluvoxin cr 100 and amipride 100, both od. After 6 days, started feeling extreme anxiety. Thus consulted another psychiatrist who put me back on sertraline increasing from 50 to 200mg in 12 days along with clonazepam 0.5mg BD for 10 and then 0.25mg BD for 20 days. I started feeling normal from next day. My question is what happened when drug was directly switched from sertraline to fluvoxin? If it was withdrawal, then why didnt immediate withdrawal happen to me in the past when I had stopped it twice?

Hello doctor I have excess worry and palipitation like feeling in neck and lower back of head.I'm using betablockers like Betacaptr20mg and nexito plus. But it's almost 8 months I'm on medication. Also I have done thyroid test and tsh levels are little high. So what to do? To control this.I'm very worried about my health always. Pls help me suggest any threatment to control worry.

My 19 year old son is suffering from anxiety and depression issues from last 6 months. 20 days ago i consult a psychiatrist who prescribed Neurosert- 5 HT, citadep 10, venlor XR 37.5 and in emergency situation lonafest 0.25 m.g. After taking medicine i feel he became more anxious and depressed. All the time he feel restless and irritated. Is it a side effects of medicines? Will these meducines cure him? Will there be any side effects of these medicines which can make make his deases worse?

I have been suffering with anxiety since I lost a loved one last year, then had covid with extended post-cold symptoms. Issue is it's been over an year, and I still randomly get low grade fever and fatigue every now n then. I also have developed the tendency to cry about trivial things and especially during conversation when the other person shows me slightest of compassion, and extreme frustration when things are even slightly adverse. It's been effecting my work, since I am unable to focus. I have tried talking to people but that doesn't seem to help, and I end up feeling embarrassed. I am unable to get out of this and keep feeling trapped. Not sure if the fever and fatigue is due more of a mental health issue or something physical. Have gotten the primary blood works done, along with typhoid and they are all normal. Do I need to take medication? Which specialist should I consult? Please advice. Thanks in advance. Regards.

My son is in depression for last 6 months. After consulting a psychiatrist i feel he become more depressed and anxious. All time he feels restless and irritated. Is it a side effect of medicines? Will these medicines cure him? Will there be any side effect of these medicines which can make his disease worse?

Since past 4 weeks I have been struggling with my sleep! I go to bed early but toss around fod 2-3 hrs! Also if in the middle of the night ,I get awake its difficult to fall back! But on top of that since the last 3 days I am finding myslef with this urge of constantly needing to swallow or spig my saliva out! It is kind of a mania and it hamapering my sleep all the more! As I get to bed, I feel like my mouth is full of saliva and voluntarily swallow it and it continues, I feel like swallowing ny saliva after every 2 mins! Eveb if there is no other thought in my mind, this constant stress of swallowing my saliva keeps me awake! I know the problem is reallyy weird but I am sooo frustrated! I also know that maybe I am not even hypersalivating it is just a mania, but I want it to stop! Please help
