I am a 28 yrs old married woman. I feel depressed all the time. I lose interest in every activity even in self grooming. I feel like crying everytime. Whenever I feel stressed i started feeling bloating in my stomach, dizziness, nausea, irritability, headache and also rapid heartbeat...I feel irritated all the time...Is it normal? Please help

How we can differentiate weakness fatigue breathless ness dizziness is because of vitamin b12 deficiency or because of anxiety.

I am suffering with anxiety from last year.had panic attacks and heart paltipulations.my doc prescribed me etizolem beta 0.5 and nexito forte and for vertigo vertin 16.after using few months doc tamprd dosage slowly.and did zumba and mediation and I was fine but later my father expired sudden. And my anxiety came back so he suggested me same medicine again.now after using etizolem beta and nexito I stopped using now its been one month now suddenly I felt head spping suddenly for few days and now I am not getting sleep at nights even though I am sleeping I am waking up suddenly and felt very uncomfortable at chest.i was unnecessarily feeling anxious while sleeping.I even got dreams that I am paralized for few days.I read that it is called sleep paralysis. N now it stopped and now I am getting bad dreams.why is all this happening.should I have to use those medicines life long.how many days should I have to take that medicines.is there any way to cure my problem plz

I m taking nexpro l for aboout 2 to 3 years now i want to drop off the medicine permanently.what should i do because when i leave it suddenly then it shows withdrawl symptoms like dipression and chest pain should i taper the levosulpiride 75 mg to 25mg or 50mg per day or anything else plz suggest someting

I often make careless mistake. I have recently started noticing the trend. I find a few things clear I an disorganized. No matter how hard I try there are careless mistake in my work. Hello, i was diagnosed with adhd two years ago, and was priscriped inspiral 10 mg / 20 mg SR, so far everything was working fine, but suddenly from March 2022 , that Medicine stopped working, i was confused, tried everything but it just did not worked, even switched the brands, still same issue, then one day luckily by chance i got the older batch of inspiral 10 mg ( expiry year 2022), and it worked !!! It seems like the new batches are not working anymore, they seem heavily adulterated, what can I do about this? Can you tell me which batches are still working like the old one's?

I want to consult a doctor but you are paid one and needed online one and i m living in remote area where the center are not close by. So anybody can do it at free then share the details

Will boswellia serrata (shallaki) 600mg twice daily have significant interaction with risperidone 6mg, pacitane 4mg and valproate cr 1000mg?? i read shallaki inhibits lots of metabolic enzymes but is it very significant that it might cause problems or just mildly? i really want to take the "indian frankincense" shallaki as its beneficial to a lot of other problems i have. thanks

I am 29 year old I had vertigo and anxiety problem a year ago used vertin 16 for vertigo few months I stopped using now as I was fine my doc said to stop.its been 5 months I stopped using vertin 16.still using etizolem and nexito forte for anxiety.these days I was taking only etozolem beta on alternative days.and stopped nexito.from 4 days I was having head spinningness in morning time.not in the early morning.but while preparing breakfast or doing some work my head is spinning.is that mean my vertigo came back.or is that because of not using etizolem and nexito properly. Feeling tired and headspinning making me uncomfortable
