If person went through no abuse in childhood or now but does goes through stress, poor lifestyle, improper diet and routine, will that develop BPD over time or will it decrease serotonin? Can improper diet n sleep routine while preparing for clearing examinations can cause stress and BPD in an individual who shown no symptoms till this time?

Stress especially during exams as you said might trigger the pre-existing incompetencies within us . In case of borderline personality disorder they tend to think short and does not have a farsighted view of the consequences of acts. This might be aggravated during stressful times
