Hi, although you put your question in category of borderline personality disorder, but, your symptoms are not suggestive of borderline personality disorder.  You are just emotionally over sensitive like many girls. You may be suffering from underlying depression. Now very good latest medicines are available which will reduce your weight, your Binge msging, and your impulsivity all. You will have to take just one or two medicines and everything will be solved. For consultation you can contact me on my WhatsApp number seven two nine seven zero nine zero nine nine eight. Hi miss, binge eating and compulsively texting someone you like and having difficulty controlling it signifies “Impulse control “ issues. It often happens when we are stress and unable to regulate our emotions. I would suggest you to implement mindfulness techniques and exercises( You ll have find a lot of content on youtube) ,try in person therapy, make lifestyle changes like atleast 1hour of workout, healthy diet, Meditating twice a day and ensuring proper sleep. For detailed history taking , i would suggest you to have a professional one to one consultation as it may help me understand your history and case better. Regards, Dr. Harshil

Hi.. people react in various ways to stress. Some sleep more, some eat while stressed, some talk with people. But anything in excess is harmful. Along with medicines you will need to learn emotional regulation. However i need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately.
