I have joined a new job, and I have very high anxiety issue! I go to sleep and it takes me 2-4 hrs to fall asleep, resulting in exhausion and inefficiency! Every night I go to sleep , the anxiety of not fallimg asleep keeps me awake! Pleaze help

My age is 25 and i am suffering from anxiety and hypertension.first time my bp was 210/110 and doctor prescribed metpure 50 and my egc and echo is normal ,i am suffering from fatigue,restlessness and panic from last 1 and half year and constant fear about my symptoms and i always in fear of heart attack,kidney disorder and strokes...i consult with 11 specialist doctor and they told me to stop bp medicine because u dont need that medicine and now i am suffering from ibs ...i want peace please help me

Sometimes I feel extremely fatigued and tired, Heart beating very fast Sweaty Dizzy But I don't feel any fear or impending doom. Are they panic or anxiety attacks? Mostly I get them when I go for evening walks. And more frequently they occur, more reluctant and afraid I feel to go for walk.

My family is ruining my life. I've lost my mom and dad. And all my siblings are elder than me. They says lots of negative things... Even i heard them saying to honour killing of me. They said i should die with my mom. Also forcing me to marry a person of their choice. When i deny, they said we are not asking ur permission. I used to go to gym. They didn't let me go to gym anymore.. they said, I'll destroy the life of boys. That i need man all the time. And i should be raped by 100 men. Those are the words of my family. My siblings. I'm really unable to bear it anymore. They didn't let me go outside. Didn't let me do anything of my choice. I feel suffocated. I don't know what to do. If things will go like this. I may commit any crime. I'm getting mentally unstable.. unable to focus on myself.

I sleep too much these days, I am not able to come to consciousness to wake up. My mom said I am not being happy, I am always in sad mood. I have no sympathy. I already had an shortage of epinephrine,and I had been taking medication ever since. What may be wrong with me? Is there something to worry about?

I guess I'm having some trouble with my mind, the following symptoms are:- 1)Having trouble with sleep and when finally able to sleep, I sleep for more than 10 hours. 2) Always feeling tired even after sleeping for so long. 3) Not interested in doing anything (any kind of activities). 4) Unwilling to have food, no proper time of eating. 5) Not able to concentrate at all. 6) I forget things very quickly. 7) Quick mood changes. 8) Sometimes life feels worthless. I humbly request, Please do tell what is wrong with me. THANK YOU.

I have absolutely no interest in studying. I have been a good student always and I don't know why this is happening...its not that I don't like studying...i would love to gain knowledge and know things and i like the subjects but it's extremely hard for me to study. Especially before exams and the day before exam. Its very stressful and i dont even remember anything even if i studied before.I can not study no matter how scared I am. I'm scared that if this goes on I won't be able to have a career. Do I have any condition.? Is there any medication?

Hello doc! Before starting antidepressants medicines want to clarify that this medicines increase prolactin levels it causes female infertility in future

Is it true that if a person with depression is given lithium carbonate then other psychiatric medications will not work in future.Do other psychiatric medications do not work after taking lithium carbonate? Psychiatrist Dr has advice my father to take lithosun 400 SR along with Mirtaz 30 to treat depression .He is fearing that if he takes lithosun 400 SR than other psychitric medication will not work in future .

It takes me 2-3 hrs tp fall asleep every night ! Though I'm very tired always, and feel veryy sleepy! It all started since one week ago and the cycle is continuing! Please help
