I m a 58 years old person. I m having hypertension and cholesterol medicines. I m 100 kg. Feeling anxiety, mood swings, fear and sadness. Please suggest me treatment

Lack in sleep and my wife take Escitalopram+Clonazepam (5/0.5 mg) tablet in night is this a sleep drug or a safe medicine to increase sleep. Is this habitual or not?

From like last 2-3 weeks i am feeling tensed, i always feel tired, before i used to get stuck in loop due to stress but now that thing is fine but now i am not feeling excited for anything and most of the times feeling of sadness is there. I don't know what this feeling is. I am not a lazy guy hence this feeling really make me frustrated. If anyone can help and suggest something. Also always feel sleep deprived.

I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down and also keeping my hand on chest it like thumping..also when i sit calmly on mobile and i give attentions on heartbeat then it feel and and i see that my hand also move with heartbeat..cardio said its anxiety and they give ciplar for that..i had been takeing for 3 month my heartbeat now resting is 72-78 ...if i climb the stair 2-3 floor then it also feel and sometime i bend down it also feel....now i consulted to psychiatrist they give me peroxetine and clonazepam..is it ok to it..? It reduced my this problem completely??? My heartbeat is normal

I worked as a software engineer, done very well in my first year and there after I started hating my job, and eventually ended up quitting that impulsively on Feb 2020. Again I started a new job Jan, 2021 even though I struggled during initial days, done pretty well until Sep 2021, and suddenly ended up taking sabbatical for one month. That sabbatical was a tough time, I used to cry in the night for unnecessary reasons. In the month of Nov, 2021 I got new well paying job, joined in december, 2021. I started hating my job after one month, quit that job in march. I had a bad sleep cycles for more than a month before quitting. I wasn't getting sleep till 4-5 am in the morning and was sleeping till 11-12PM. Now I've almost lost my self confidence, have lost purpose in life. For small arguments with friends, I end up crying. It's getting really tough these days. Not getting sleep during night, trouble waking up early in the morning, feeling sleepy all through the day and suicidal thoughts.

Hi I have been preacribed etilaam 0.5 mg SOS for anxiety and feeling fearful when I am outside my home. Can I drive after taking this? Can anyone please advise on this. Thanks.

I always feel sad and like will collapse every time. Tingling in hands and feets. Feel breathless . Unable to handle emotions cry suddenly. If someone speak something to me in a loud voice I feel low. I always have pressure on my ear and fear in my mind that I will fall sick. Last two years went through a very bad emotional phase. I tried a lot to overcome this but sometimes I feel I can't. My relatives who lived in village always call us to come there but I have fear that if I go there then I will fall down and everyone will laugh at me. I fear a lot and unable to handle this pressure. I feel good with my daily routine. But have fear to go outside and long journey. Will medicine help me with this condition. Or medicine will make me more weak.

Is there any long term side effects with use of paroxetine 25mg if i tapered it cause anxiety.Or should i take it life long

I had a very emotional and sad dream. I was angry , sad in my dream. This dream comes in 2-3 months once the major point is same but different scenarios and plot. I woke up suddenly and felt that oh it was a dream. It felt like real. I was sad very sad and touched my eyes it had tears. Why this is happening?
