Hello there. Sorry to hear of your troubles. There could be several reasons for a relapse in symptoms. Some possible explanations could be recent stress, newly emerging or underlying medical condition (thyroid, sugar, vitamin deficiency, etc), substance abuse, change of medication brand (occasionally I've found a few patients reporting that certain brand not suiting them), etc. Kindly review with your doctor for a repeat evaluation to ascertain the cause. Best wishes.
Next Steps
Kindly reach out to your psychiatrist explaining your situation. Your doctor will do the needful.
