Social anxiety disorder and panic disord
I am diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and panic disorder. and having paxidep cr 12.5 and petril md 0.25(as sos).
but recently i am unable to control my emotions, having anger management issues again, getting overwhelmed and getting negative thoughts , and the constant fear of everyone is started once again.
what should i do?
