I have been diagnosed with Anxiety on 2019 with severe panic attack from that time i feel always dizzy went to doctor they preferred Antidepressants but i have fear of taking antidepressants .. what to do for this fear of going out.. fear of steeping out coz i feel u may fell down some where.. is it antidepressants taking harm our body is it addictive??? How to get rid of this anxiety dizziness.. last year MRI did EEG did all normal
