I have been diagnosed with MDD 3 months back because I was having extreme facial burning sensation. I have been taking desvenlafaxine 50and etizolam mg from past 3 months, I still have 50...60 % pain. How long it takes to heal MDD?

What diffrence between dopamine agonist and dopamine reuptake inhibiter And when we taking dopamine antagonist with dopamine reuptake inhibiter So what diffrence level of dopamine level I mean if we take DRI some time ago continue After we add dopamine antagonist So then diffrence in dopamine level

I m 59 year old man. One month ago i was tested for ECG, echo, angiography and all reports are normal. I got problems of gas and constipation. Sometimes I feel my heart skips a beat. Often it happens with gas and burping. My cardiologist says your heart is fine. Nothing to worry about palpitation. It may be due to anxiety stress or digestive issues. kindly help and suggest treatment. Thanks.
