I am a boy of 27 yrs.. I have covid and hyperthyroidism history of 1 yr ago now normal. But per day generally after wake up in the morning and before bed time i feel anxious and slightly fear .. at that time my heart rate increases and reaches up to 108..and it remains upto 1/2 hrs .. But i can sleep well .. I take medicine mirtazapine about 6 months and now I'm not on medication.. It happens when i was not on work means free mind.. What to do..

It's anxiety disorder and very common with thyroid aliments. About increased heart rate u need to see it due to hyperthyroidism or anxiety. Becoz sinus tachycardia mostly seen with hyperthyroidism.. So consult both endocrinology and psychiatrist
