Hi there, Detailed history and mental status examination are really important before giving any advice. How long the symptoms present? How long the medications being taken? Generally 2 drugs like Fluvoxamine and clonil are not given together. At what time the drugs being taken? If taken , then they will cause sedation in the morning. There appears not to add new drug for the wake fullnesses . You can discuss your problems with your mental health professional.Doses of Fluvoxamie or clonil can be adjusted separately. Tab clonazepam can be taken on sos basis rather than daily. Do discuss your details with your mental health professional to lessen your problems while taking the drugs needed.

Please contact your treating psychiatrist. He will help you out. Sometimes tiring experience are due to thoughts itself and activating medication may lead to aggrevation of symptoms.
