Hello I have symptoms of social anxiety
1 I am shy to talk with my relatives and specially I can't talk with girls
2 I am introvert in childhood and now I overcome from this problem
3 I feel nervous before going anywhere and before meeting with new person
4 I overthinking about before going anywhere and meeting with new person
5 I don't feel nervous in public places and gathering
6 I mostly go to that place or party whom I know someone
7 I sleep on time and wake up on time
8 I don't feel nervous, anxious, negative and overthinking daily but sometimes
9 I don't drink or smoke
10 I feel little bit stress in daily life and I am very calm person and don't feel angry due to anxiety
So tell me how to overcome from these problems
