From today onward I took mirtazapin 15mg but i came to know i felt my body is shaking and too much sleeping cannot concentrate study

Hi there, Mirtazepine can generally cause side effects like sleepiness, dry mouth, headache etc. May cause lack of concentration secondary to the sleepiness. Generally shakiness of the body doesn’t happen. Detailed information about the history and psychiatric evaluation is to be taken. Mirtazepine can be replaced by another drug with less such side effects.
