Hello doctor i am suffering from severe depression,OCD , anxiety attack all time my brain use to think unnecessary stuff even my medications also started yesterday even my blood pressure crossed 165 doctor my weight also increased 120+ doctor  I just want to reform myself so that I can leave normal life please give me valuable suggestions

It takes time for medication to work. You need routine blood pressure monitoring to see whether you have Hypertension. Also need dietary advise and exercise.

It may take time for the medication to work . Follow a regular daily scheduling including mild exercise,  brisk walking . Distract yourself when excessive thoughts comes to your mind. Maintain regular followup with your Psychiatrist
