Since you yourself are a mbbs student you might be understanding the concept of half life. Paroxetine has a smaller half life so whenever it is stopped suddenly it can cause discontinuation syndrome. First we can consider tapering and stopping amisulpride. Then paroxetine you can decrease the dose every month.
