Hi I have get panic attack in 2009 i consult the doctor used medicine last 9 years but my anxiety and panic attack is not cure i used homeopathy medicine last 4 months But i am suffering from panic attack Kindly suggest proper guidance and treatment

I'm taking escitalopram 5mg+ fluoxetine 20 mg in morng and duloxetine 20mg at 2 pm and bupron sr 150 mg at night ...after taking escitalopram + fluoxetine in morning I feel strange sensation in brain (may be tingling) which comes & goes  with heavy head ...what is this & how to resolve it ...

Is there any medicine for situational anxiety? Less side-effects and can give instant relief. I have social fear and am unable to go to any function.

Can I take provonol 20 mg before going to travel or before any event as once I have faced a panic attack and have fear that it will happen again.

Hello, I am suffering from sleep problem i dont get sound sleep feom last 10 years. I am very restless impacient person. I unable to sleep well at night mind goes on while sleeping. Before sleep i slways thinking after 1-2 hours i get sleep automatically for 5-6 hours and i dream and in the morning my jead is heavy. I feel frustrarted. I get repetivte thought the moment i wake up which distrubs me alot. I unable to ride bike with full concentration it is very poor. I always thinking while driving or riding. Thought are repetive in nature. When i listen go song it is always repeats in my mind during night or automaticall at any point lf time. I feel frustrated by the thought that i am ill and ibalso have carrer and marriage forward so i panic about the situate more as i am 29 . Please help amd suggest something. Someone siggested me anti depressent drug yesterday which is escitalopram and clomazepam 10 mg. What should i do. Pleade help

Can i take booster shot of covishield. On escitalopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.25mg since 50 days. Thanks.

Hello I tell u symptoms in details 1 I am shy and introvert from childhood and but I don't like to go alone anywhere till my adult age 2 After school time I go to many places,alone and with parents also and live there for many days also alone but also can't stay alone in childhood 3 I feel nervous before going anywhere and meet with new person and I can't talk with girls specially but I m normal after reach any place and during meeting 4 I don't feel nervous in public places and gathering 5 I don't smoke or drink and I if i feel frustrated and anger I can control it very fast 6 many time in day i feel negative very quickly but after sometime I see the positive side of that 7 I sleep early and wakeup early and sometimes I have shivering in body and I have stomach problems So I want to know which type anxiety I have and treatment for it 8

Is it safe to take Melatonin-5mg tablet along with Clonazepam 0.5mg? I'm already taking Clonazepam 0.5mg at night. Can I take Melatonin-5mg with it?

Hai sir /madam Iam m.tech. married 7 months back Recently iam under so much stress due to my mother in law issues bcoz of my inter caste marriage. She always complaints on every simple thing to my husband and destroy love b/n us. Actually i was under so much stress since i lost my father who is world to me in 2020. Now this is another type of stress. on our last fight recently i got so much head ache which is unbearable and didnt cured to any medicene. And he told me its not related to sinus u r sinus report is clear but its about u r stress on nerves either work stress or mental stress. I went neuro doctor he suggested me Nexvenla od plus -50 mg Migranex 10 mg Gr8 od 30/40mg Xykaa bd 1000 mg Suggest me if this much dosage need. Or any other option to control. I need to concieve.
