Social anxiety
I have social anxiety issues. I can talk to my family members only. When it comes to talking to other people I only use small words and small lines only so that I don't have to talk much. In college also whenever I have to speak something in class my heart starts beating so fast voice shakes. Have been facing this since I was in 8th standard. Also hand tremors are there. I am myself becoming a doctor where hand tremors doesn't look good. I don't know what to do. Please help!

Self-confidence: We feel shy or anxious when we are very cautious of the surroundings. But the key here is being confident in yourselves. So, how will you feel self confident? When you work on yourself. And by working on you I mean exercising, reading books, doing what you are already good at will make you feel better and more confident than before. Small talks: Small talks can be done with anyone who you meet or see. Start by giving smile to any random stranger you come across, ofcourse not with a creepy face. Then indulge in small talks with them. Try to know about them by speaking little about yourself. Meet new people: Try to communicate with new people everyday. At first maybe you'll suck at communicating with strangers, but if you do it everyday you'll become more confident at this. Best part about meeting new people is that they dont have a particular image of us in their minds and they dont try to judge you. This way by meeting new people you can practice your communcation skills. Motivation: Try to find a source of motivation for yourself. You can watch TEd talks, read books. Start by doing these things and eventually you'll find yourself more confident and less introverted.

It can totally be helped and you can be just back how u were before Just take the right help Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online You will require cbt sessions Its an irrational thought of giving too much importance on how other people see us.. Need to change it Get in touch

Hello, To get rid of social anxiety. You have to learn to face such situations... in such situations you can use relaxation exercises or certain medicines to make you comfortable. However you should never avoid the situations... as it will increase the fear and anxiety.
