Anxiety and Tension issue
Hi I am suffering from anxiety and sometimes small small issues trigger anxiety to me.and my Heart rate increases.what should I do for this to handle.
I m taking panazep ls one in night along with buspin10 two tab .

Hello there.
Panazep LS is antacid which needs to be taken once in the morning atleast half an hour before food.
The other one is a anxiolytic.
Bit I feel you need counselling from a psychiatrist.
