OCD and delusions
Hello doctors ..I need to know whether delusions be treated without medicines? A friend of mine had anger issues, went to a top psychiatrist and took medicines .. after then he developed delusions.. went to other psychiatrist where he was detected with OCD and previous medicines were not meant for him as per new psychiatrist.. he toon new medicines and the side effects like vomitting, loss of appetite, extreme weakness he was admitted to hospital.. where the doctor stopped all medicines .. after then he did not dare to go to any doctor for psychiatry.. he overcame OCD by great percent through gut feeling but delusions aren't going.. can ge be treated without medicines? If not what would be the side effects of new medicines for delusions? He also tried homeopathy due to zero side effects but apart from vomitting he faced all same issues.. and medicines didn't work.. he is concerned only about delusions..
