Speech problem and hyperactive child

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My 3years girl child is hyperactive also her speech is not clear,she is unable to make sentence.use single words.she can tell 1 to 10, a to z and she can say last li es of rhymes,also she can play videos on YouTube,can express when she has to go toilet. Can't understand if she has ASD, doctor give her clonidine 100 gor reduce her hyperactivity.but we hesitate to give that med.please suggest what to do.
