My 4 year old son facing Speech delay,Low attention and he is always angry for every thing.He is little hyper active.One friend said it may be autism.

These are called developmental problems.They usually come as a mixed picture and only a trained professional after assessing the child and getting medical history ruling out medical conditions can make diagnosis like Autism or Attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder or just plain speech delay with normal tantrum behaviour.
