Terrible insomnia
I am taking flunil 40 oleptal od 300 twice and agoprex 50. I am having severe insomnia and anxiety since i started these medicines. I tried melatonin, zolfresh ir and sr but no use. Can someone suggest a safe medicine. I have used qutipin 100 mg earlier.

Better avoid zolpidem and Lorazepam.... As they are habit forming.
Quitapine will help your Bipolarity and sleep both.
