Extreme fear of death every second
Good morning sir / madam, am panicking so nuch whenever I have palpitations and head pressure am getting afraid of every little boxy symptom including cough and every little thing in body am afraid so much panicking alot , having anxiety since few months i had chest pain went o Er three times and ecg echo xray, troponin came normal in march do i need to repeat again Test? Its been few months sometimes i get pain like pinching poking sharp and burps along with that pins and needles, jaw and body twitches , neck fasiculations, dizziness left arm pain am thinking negative always whenever i get these symptoms am afraid of my life and i start praying god immensely and am getting blasphemous thoughts , and obsessive thoughts as well please let me know my head is taking lot of pressure and stress what is the best way to come out of this fear am afraid of my life every second pleasee  please how to reducthis pressure in my head am happy for a while and crying for hours bcz of these bodily symp
