Fear of dying and panicking a lot
I had some anxiety issues 2 years back and had treatment for that. Now am facing a continuous fear of death bcz of minor chest pain ( ECG and every thing normal beside triglycerides 223), I am panicking on even a small incidents, from birds chirping, watching trees at night, being alone, my heartbeat rises exponentially. Can't sleep at night. Please suggest me what is this. Thank you

It seems to be anxiety/panic disorder.before it worsens , you should consult with nearby psychiatrist
