I’m truly sorry you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re carrying deep emotional pain, exhaustion, and overwhelming anxiety from your past and present struggles. You’ve been through a lot, and it’s understandable that it’s affecting your mental and physical health. But the fact that you still want to give your son a good life shows that there is still strength in you—even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Right now, your nervous system is in survival mode, which is why you’re experiencing panic attacks, choking sensations, lack of sleep, and constant crying. Your mind is replaying painful memories, making it hard to function. But please know—this pain is not permanent. Therapy, emotional support, and small healing steps can help you regain stability and find meaning again. You don’t have to go through this alone.
