Anxiety fear
I am Suffering from Anxiety, I m always having a fear of death each and every second I feel like I will get heart attack and I will die. Till now I did 12-13 ecg test everytime report comes normal than also I m Suffering. From last 2 years I m facing this problem because of this I am started Suffering from hypertension and started taking met xl 25 once in a day.. Please consult what to do

Feeling anxious and on the edge most of the time, concerns about physical health, having physical symptoms like restlessness,palpitations,tingling numbness,shortness of breath are all symptoms of anxiety disorder. This is Anxiety disorder ,consult nearest neuropsychaitrist for same .they will start treatment for same
