Fear of dying
I am having continuous thoughts in my mind that I will die...I can't sleep, can't eat, continuously check BP, oxygen and fever till now my oxygen level is 99 but at one finger it shows 99 and in another it shows 89 again I checked after thinking ki now I'm dying it shows 98 and pulse rate is 128 and now also I'm thinking of that 89 reading and what if I will die in sleep so can't sleep also...I don't have any other COVID-19 symptoms cause now everyone is asking about that but please help me..

Hello, This fear is normal till it is limited to make u take precautions...but if it interferes with Ur daily routine then u need to consult a psychiatrist for help.
