OVERFLOWING THOUGHTS IN MY MIND
I am sick and tired of the impossibly large no of irrelevant, unwanted, absurd and distracting thoughts coming in my mind 24*7. Yes it's true... It's damn true. Even while I am asleep or trying to sleep or wake up in the middle of night, innumerable number of garbage thoughts keep coming to my mind. Most of the times multiple thoughts bombard my mind simultaneously. And this is a continuous process- it never stops. Not when I am studying or eating or shitting or working or watching a movie or walking on a busy road or talking to someone very important. It just goes on and it's killing me. Sometimes I feel like my brain is gonna explode. HELP ME PLEASE. I will be thankful to you for eternity.

The human mind is a large factory where innumerable thoughts are churned out every minute. Some of the thoughts are relevant and useful while others are quite useless and unhelpful. Our job is to segregate carefully and only focus on the useful thoughts and ignore the others. Some people are able to do it without any problems, others can start doing it after a bit of awareness.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action.
Health Tips
Practicing anulom vilom pranayam for 5 minutes 3 times a day on empty stomach can also help you to relax and calm down as the number of thoughts reduces.

Hello dear, The continuous, seemingly senseless, and irrational thoughts which are not under your willful control fulfill the criteria of Obsessive Compulsive disorder. Which is a treatable common mental health disorder. Hence my suggestion for you is that please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and treatment. The treatment of choice for Obsessive Compulsive disorder is a combination of medication and psychological intervention, by which most people find reasonable relief in their condition. Hence please do not hesitate or delay in getting help. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
