Constant dizziness and feeling of dying
Two months ago I suddenly started suffering from a severe panic attack. I have always been afraid of dying but the fear increased drastically and I started to notice symptoms with strange feelings in my head like my brain is shutting down and my vision is blurring. I feel like my body is about to shut down and I'm freaking out. I got sensitive to bright lights and overall felt completely sick and thought that this would be my last year and that I would die very soon. I'm only 16, I've suffered a lot of trauma and been through a lot of things but I can't believe it's just my mental health because it came so suddenly. It feels like I'm going through a constant panic attack but it doesn't end unless I sleep or lay down and close my eyes. I asked a doctor about it and he said it's probably just my mental health but I can't believe them. It feels too real and too serious that it is not a serious illness and I am afraid that I do not know what to do Ever since then my symptoms won't go away

Breathing slowly and deeply. Anxiety can cause you to breathe very quickly, which makes both the mental and physical symptoms of a panic attack even worse. When you start to feel panicky, be sure to take slow, deep breaths to soothe your mind and body. Stop and think. When your thoughts start spinning out of control, simply tell yourself to stop. Organize your thoughts and decide what you need to do to get yourself calm again. Think positively. Push negative thoughts out of your mind, and remind yourself that you are in control. Think about times when you've been able to manage situations successfully and reduce anxiety. Stand up for yourself. If you need to leave a situation, do so or tell someone you need to leave. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Allowing yourself to become more upset will not help if what you really need is to take a walk and blow off some steam. Relax your muscles. Anxiety causes your entire body to tense up, so make a conscious effort to relax each muscle from your toes all the way up to your neck and face.

You seem to be in a lot of distress. Panic attacks can be very taxing and exhausting. I think its best that you seek a psychiatrist consultation as soon as possible so that you get the help you need. Meanwhile, you can see youtube tutorials of JPMR and practice it twice daily for 20 mins. Also, deep breathing and the 54321 grounding technique can help during such extreme anxiety states.
