My THS value is above normal and i have symptom of lack of motivation/enthusiasm,brain fog,poor memory...does high THS causes such symptom?

I am getting angry for silly reasons. I start panicking for everything and lose my control over my words and action. Not able to control my harsh behaviour towards my loved ones. I am going through a lot in my life which is making me so stressed out. Please suggest me some solution to stay calm

Does mania with psychosis will happen all of a sudden without any symtoms of mania ahead in bipolar?

I have fear of being alone in dark whether it is a familiar environment or not. That is why i cannot sleep alone at night. I started having this fear after a traumatic experience at night, 15 years ago. I want to finally overcome this fear and move ahead. Issue is, that i do not know who should i consult. I have met psychiatrist before for depression and anxiety but they simply gave meds and a bit of advice. They did not talk much. So pls guide me, do i need a psychiatrist or psychologist who can do counseling?

Hi My son suffered from stomach infection. Then medication was going on. One day he felt something stuck in throat while sleeping.May be because of acidity. Now he is scared to sleep a. And he is in fear of that episode.what to do?

2 month ago every night panic attack come, now panic attack gone but some mild problem like lightheaded, some times mild heartbeat high and sleep problem ( only 5 to 6 hours), i can't take medicine. I have a doubt During sleeping I am awakening for 2 min in 2 times in sleep and immediately falling in sleep...
