I had alcohol 2 days ago, didn't hit me then. Since the past few days I've been feeling semi-drowsy, having brain fog. I have taken alcohol in the past but this hasn't happened before. I am on ADHD medication (atomoxetine) 18mg twice daily.

I'm under medication and the two medicines im taking are paroxee 25 cr and clonazepam 0.25 mg. I had a question about the side effects of the medicine. I have a lot of trouble focusing and have no motivation to do tasks even though they are very important and I know they need to be done. I have been taking Nexito since past 8 months, and it has stabilized my mood to a limit however when it comes to motivating myself to do tasks however important or important I find myself unable to do it. The dosage for Nexito has been increased twice in four months from 10 mg to 15 mg and now 20 mg. I was prescribed modalert during exam periods but after first few days my body got accustomed to it and the symptoms were back in full force. What can be done in such a case?
