I am on 30mg since 12 months but in between I seen obsessive intrusive thoughts fluctuations but overall good but now since 5 days I experience anxiety and intrusive thoughts...and I think that is my medicine stop working and is it ssri tachyphylaxis or tolerance to medicine... please let me know what happened

Sir i overthink future or past situations and events very much. Sometimes i get stressed out easily and get angry. Sometimes my anger goes out of control. Also there is trembling of hands and feet. I need a specialist who can completely cure this problem and make me a cool and relaxed person. I do exercise and have balanced meal. Thank you

Does Fluoxetine work better for OCD in general as compared to Escitalopram /Sertaline ? I am not asking about the exceptional case. Just asking about the response of Fluoxetine in most of the OCD cases.

I was diagnosed depression in 2013 and schizophrenia in 2019. I take olanzapine 15mg, Fluoxetine 40mg. Which disease may happen in future due to side effects?

I don't know what depression exactly is like because i have never been diagnosis moreover i have never been to a psychiatrist or psychologist but i think i might be depressed but i don't want to assume and emphasize on that. most of the times i feel weird idk if we can call iy sadness but it's more like emptiness and i have been dependant on stuff like nicotine and alcohol from a young age and even that doesn't work properly anymore. even when everything around me is alright i can't seem to feel alright most of the time and maybe i feel a little lonely but in reality i do have few good friends who look out for me and a boyfriend and to be honest my parents aren't that bad. i pretty much don't know what to do and i feel like getting a diagnosis might give me some closure and idea of what i should do next.

Who do i contact ? I need help. I am going through a very tough time in my life and i want some help.

Hope you are doing well, I am OCD and DEPRESSION patient my treatment going from last 6 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50. From last 6month i can't wake up in morning.i wake up after afternoon either my eyes are open but i am feeling like back side of my head is FREEZE or NUMB that's why i couldn't leave my bed and can't do anything,even can't drink water or brush. What's could be REASON or SOLUTIONS...??? Pleasseee help me...🙏🙏
