Thanks for reaching out.Identify Few things that you can do are as follows: Triggers: Pay attention to potential triggers for your migraines, such as certain foods, stress, lack of sleep, or hormonal changes. Identifying triggers and avoiding them where possible can help reduce the frequency of your migraines. Medication: Your doctor may recommend medications to help manage your vestibular migraine symptoms. These might include migraine-specific medications, preventive medications, or medications to alleviate symptoms like dizziness. Lifestyle Changes: Adopting a healthy lifestyle can help manage migraines. Ensure you're getting regular sleep, staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, and managing stress through relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and regular exercise. Vestibular Rehabilitation: Vestibular rehabilitation therapy, guided by a physical therapist, can help improve balance and reduce dizziness associated with vestibular conditions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT can be beneficial for managing anxiety and panic attacks. A therapist can help you develop coping strategies and tools to manage your fear of fainting.

Hello I'm sorry to hear that! Migraine is very common and feeling like fainting and vomiting is also very common.  It needs proper evaluation to rule out other comorbidities so that treatment can be started accordingly. You can take a consultation so that everything can be discussed
