My wife is taking Psychological treatments. 1. Clonazepam 0.25, 2. Peroxitine 20mg 3.Tianeoptine 37.5 mg . We are suggested to perform Brain MRI, ECG, and body check up tests like diabetes, thyroid, vitamins, cholesterol etc. We have done it as well and reports are normal but still she is getting dizziness and fainting for 3-5 min.

Maybe it's due to unresolved Anxiety or a sideeffect of medication. She needs evaluation.
Psychological disorders recovers better with medications and psychotherapy (counselling, CBT, relaxation therapy, talk therapy etc)
