On-off dizziness

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Chief complaint dizziness since 3 months. Got treated by ENT specialist but no relief. ENT first said ear problem then vestibular migraine but audiometry tests all normal. Now a new neurologist recommended Nexito plus at night and suggested vestibular adaptation exercises. Very confused and depressed.
