Dizziness problem
I feel dizziness throughout the day. I have been diagnosed with psychogenic syncope and dysthymia 8 months ago. Took dosulepin 50, Clonazepam 0.5 and Flupentixol & melitracen for a prescribed course of 6 months. I have gotten better during this period. but the symptoms came back a month ago. what could be the cause? It's unbearable. Please suggest me what to do?? Thanks!

Did the symptoms come back while on medications, if so, they need to be changed, if they came back after stopping them, then consult your psychiatrist again and it might be necessary to get treated again since your neurotransmitter imabalnce in mind pathways Have relapsed. Good luck.
