I feel dizzy
Hi, I feel dizzy, mostly in the evenings Sometimes I feel like vomiting as well For example: when I feel dizzy, I become dull and quiet and during that time if I get disturbed then dizzyness becomes more and I get vomiting and then I sleep and after getting up things become fine During dizzyness,sometimes I sweat on my forehead I do things fast Talk fast,sometimes I feel difficulty in talking My leg muscles become stiff Please help me in this regards.
