Hello doctor, this is my prescription. I just wanted to know what my diagnosis suggests. What is written in prescription just before depression, not able to understand. My doctor is not reachable. Please help!

I have been taking nexito plus for anxiety and panic attacks since the last 3 months. Will I be able to stop the medicine after the completion of 3 months as I feel better now?

Hi I'm 21. I'm currently on medication- ciplar 10mg and esteem 0.25 mg . But still i feel like not doing anything or going out. I just feel like to be in bed all day. Whenever i go out i feel zoned out . Is this just in my mind or is this something else?

Last week I had taken care of 3 kittens ...now am having fear of rabies even though they dint bite or scratch ... I am taking medication for depression, anxiety and insomnia for the past 7 years and i am traumatized by the withdrawal symptoms... i am taking combination of paroxetine and clonazepam for the past 7 years...for 2 years i had been prescribed zaptra 12.5 mg...i am worried about this medication... affect on my skin , and heart...i am really very very scared . please someone help me... doctor in Bangalore are too expensive... recent psychiatrist doctor scolded me for why i took it for too long and tried to taper me off but ...i was unable to function??? What to do...??? please suggest me something...
