Is over sleepiness a problem? Whenever I am asleep it feels like I'm not in this world that's how deep/ sound sleep I'm getting these days. It's as if I'm on some benzos. I used to take treatment for depression till 2021. So I was on benzos. I was on melzap 0.5 mg and I used to take almost 3 tabs a day. So I know exactly how it used to feel back then, when I was put on benzos. It's as if I used to just sleep sleep and sleep and that's not how it was it was as if u don't even understand wt is happening beside you that's how the dosage of melzap was. It's 2 yrs since I left melzap and diff meds I was on . But suddenly these days this is how I'm sleeping. It's as if I'm on melzap. There's the normal sleep then there's this sleep where as if it's like there's no connection with the world and you.. ! This is making me worried.

Hello doctor I have anxiety disorder from 2yrs and sometime I feel heartbeat in neck like pulsations..and sometimes I feel a weird sensation like my heart is coming out of my throat. Wat is the reason ? Pls help me I'm worried

Everytime i am trying to sleep, be it any time in the day, the moment i get comfortable and am about to fall asleep a sudden fearfull thought crossess my mind and i get tingling and numbness in my hands which lasts for 2 to 5 minutes and i cannot sleep post that. Also sometimes its like a wave of heat through my arms followed by numbness. This is hapening only when i am trying to sleep in the day time. At night i am able to fall asleep normally.

Hello sie, I am 20 year guy. I am suffering from  anxiety disorder. I have. also Consulated with pancto & and doctor perscribed @ Danid 50mg Provand 20 my Ⓒ clonazepam-025 I am also Continuing this medicine Since 2. 5 month. Now My anxiety sympton after Continuity this medication Now & I am felling good but I think 40% of anxiety & still active & I am also Suffering zero focus, overthing ,unable to take decision, Easily get panic What Should I do . I also Consult with doctor  again and he said me to it will be take time to become fully correct about 6 month with medication What should i do please help me  I am  unable to Study now

I have a tendency to sleep anytime. Whenever I watch TV I feel sleepy and I can't stay awake after 9pm
