I recently did a annual health check up and found few values are above normal limit. I checked with multiple doctors and they said its fine and nothing to worry much about it but from that time i am feeling too much worried. All the things that happen to me i keep relating it to the symptoms. Now i am feeling like i am detached from my body. I feel a flying sensation. I feel i am not in the present moment. Is this psychological issue? How to come out of it?

I got a panick attack one year ago in the month of May 2021 (got to know by psychiatrist), i have been diagnosed with by escitalopram+ clonazapam in starting and later on only escitalopram s vocita tab .....i thought tapering the dosages but symptoms again came so again I consult my psychiatrist he told me not to taper the dosages right now ......it has been 1.5 yr ,i tapered the dose from 10mg to 5mg taking NEXITO ESCITLOPRAM 5MG from 1 month but FELT WITHDRAWL SYMPTOMS MOSTLY DIZZINESS, LIGHTHEADNESS AND BRAIN ZAPS... and now it has been resolved it's been 3 month... My question is when should I reduce the dose of 5mg to 2.5mg?

Which tab is best for anxiety veniz or paroxetine? How much day it will take to reflect after taking tab? Feeling anxiety while walking outside. No issues with driving bike,walking in treadmills etc. No issues with lying down or sitting position . In home also no issues observed. Currently taking veniz 37 mg tab Is veniz is safe tab?

Hello hope you are doing well, My treatment going from Last 5 years for ocd and depression now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50. In nov 2022 i was typhoid positive after that start overthinking of illness fear like i am in may big  disease. Even i was started ocd medicine because of overthinking about religious but now its completely good.only problem is thought coming of may i am in big disease. What SHOULD I DO..?
