Can somebody aquire anxiety disorder and panic attacks out of the blue without any trigger? Can panic attacks be stopped completely from relapsing with medicines? How long is the usual medication duration for the same?

Yes but there is often a trigger whilst not a must. Treatment duration depends on severity, duration of illness and other factors such as substance abuse, high levels of stressors etc. generally 6months to 2 yrs sometimes up to 5yrs May also be needed
