What would happen if I took two lonazep?
I've been prescribed Lonazep 0.5. I haven't been using it at all, but in this week my anxiety has caused a lot of sleep deprivation, which in turn is causing unbearable and unending panic and fear. If I take a lonazep right now (11 am) and one at night (12 pm or so), would it be okay?

Nothing in particular apart from mild sedation. However please do not ignore the reason you felt the need to take more than advised ie if it is that your symptoms are getting worse, you may wish to consider seeing a psychiatrist for a full evaluation and treatment options.

It's absolutely fine, but taking lonazep alone will help you only temporary, for full recovery from panic attacks, other important medications need to be taken for some time.

If you haven't been taking the tablet, then I'll suggest you take half of it (0.25 mg) whenever you're feeling too anxious and another half at night, but don't wait for midnight to take it. Have an early dinner, around 9 pm and take it by 10 pm max. You also need to take care of your sleep hygiene if you aren't doing already, it helps a lot with Anxiety Disorder.
Next Steps
Visit your Psychiatrist once, and I hope you haven't been prescribed Lonazep alone. If you do have an Anxiety Disorder, you will need at least one more medicine. Talk to your Psychiatrist about this.
Health Tips
Also, practise deep breathing exercises, Yoga and Meditation, Walking and Exercising, Journaling etc
