Tryptomer 10mg and lonazep 0.5
I have been taking lonazep 0.5 and tryptomer 10mg since long time. the issue is that I take medicines at around 9.30 but I fall asleep at around 1AM and due to this wake up time is around 9AM. can I take it before dinner?

Do check with your prescribing psychiatrist and see if the Lonazep can be taken earlier.

Hi there, the medications like lorazepam (lonazep) are benzodiazepines which should not be continued for long ideally since their habit forming nature. Otherwise, they disturb the sleep cycle of a person taking it. You should get evaluated by a psychiatrist in order to see the need of these medicines further. For requirement of proper sleep, alternative medicines are also available which are not habit forming as well as sleep hygiene should be followed.
