Hello, Iam continuous fearing like parents will get sudden death. While talking in phone call iam cool and after call completion within seconds fear will start like they will get death suddenly What could be the reason can you please tell clearly ?

I will get up at 6 a.m every day.  But my mind chatter starts before that  with all negative thoughts and results in anxious and headache at early morning. This is happening from a 6 months. As such I am stressed due to my office politics. Kindly suggest a remedy for this.

Which Psychiatric Stimulant Medicines also helps in relieving anxiety. Example of stimulant medicines are Modafinil, armodafinil, Amphetamines etc. This medicines are very useful in psychiatry but there is weak point about these medicines that is they increase anxiety. So is there any stimulant medicines like those which doesn't causes anxiety or help with anxiety.?

My doctor prescribed me nitrosun 10mg but I'm not able to get it anywhere and each place they have they ask me for a physical prescription what do I do

Doctor prescribed me Ambulax-M twice a day to treat anxiety I'm worried about taking these will slower the heart rate and blood pressure i have palpitations after food and Heart rate remains 85-90 BPM at rest and blood pressure always remains 120/ 80-90 dias Is it safe to take these pills as I'm really worried about side eff I'm having anxiety about cardiac arrest despite all my heart reports TMT, 2d echo, ecg HSCRP came normal

I was diagnosed with ocd four months back. Doctor prescribed me nexito 10 ,and respiridone 0.5mg After the medication i was doing so well i was happy as i was enjoin my life again. But since first week of march when i am still on medication nexito 10 mg i am feeling depressed, getting unwanted and crazy thoughts in my mind again Feeling detach with reality. Don't know what is happening again.I have started reading and watching videos of schizophrenia and bipolar every now and then and now i feel like if i have got the same disease. Please help. TIA.

I got so many backlashes from my best friends after coming to my study place... Now I feel so weak... I don't know why I cry without any reason... I always feel sad... I just had one best friend who was always there with me since 2 years... He left to his home 3 weeks ago due to his personal issues... Now it feels like I have no one... I cry daily... I was so attached with this person because he was the only one who stood with me since 3 years when everyone in my life was leaving... Now I feel empty... Always have this pain kind of thing... I always imagine situations and cry Or laugh... I don't know what to do... Am I under depression?

Because I am taking medicine from last 10 years but couldn't cure because they directly gives medines without pen paper diagnosis... present I am facing poor concentration,unhappiness from last 10 year,stress on eyes & head...thinking going on ...too much appetite & too much sleep in day & can't focus on study,physical irritation on uper part of body,unbalanced of body mind soul...please provide me right psychiatric offline

I was taking meds for anxiety and depression for the past two years but stopped taking them recently because I wasn't feeling much better. Now I feel worse than I've ever felt. I'm not even able to get out of bed or do simple tasks. Please help. It's taking over my life.
