I want to know which antidepressant should I take as my depression is moderate. Therapy is not helping anymore. Please suggest

I am taking prodep 80 mg from last 2 years for my ocd i get some relief my stress has come down but it also shows some side effects so can I reduce its dose to 60 mg for ocd

Not getting sleep without medicine  feeling head aches and stress without sleep .  Tension and pressure is more without sleep

Hi one year back I was having dizziness problem I have consulted neurologist there is no problem then I visited psychiatrist they suggest to use nexito 10 mg table daily once I used it for two months it was helpful then I stopped it. now again I am having same dizziness problem can i start using same nexito 10 mg

I have become extremely paranoid of everyone around me. I found out someone actually was watching me and had taken extreme measures to ask around about me so a degree of my suspicion is correct. But now, every single conversation I have, it leaves me horribly stressed and suspicious without any reason. Every small word I say to someone leaves me scared to the point I haven't been able to sleep for 2 whole days because of how much I think about it. I've become suspicious of all my friends and everyone who tries to speak to me. Do I need to visit a psychiatrist for this? What course of action is recommended?

I have ocd i am taking medicine from last 3 years medicine are prodep 60 and prodep 20 still no improvement in my condition kindly help me what to do now

I am currently prescribed divalpro ex 500(morning) and 750(night) due to migraine and some mental health issues(overthinking). I want to go for Lasik eye surgery so wanted to know if these medicines will interfere with that or not. Dear Sir/medam, I have a full anxiety about for my health, I want to go for a complete body check up like ECG,2D echo and other tests but at that time I know due to anxiety my heart rate and bp will be so much high . Avoid that anxiety Please suggest one tab at that time( Iam go to hospital morning 10.30). At present iam using met xl 25 tablet since last one year due to palpitations. I have a anxiety since one year and last year my full body check up done like ECG and 2d echo after that doctor prescribed met xl25 tab. At present I want to go again for full body check up. Please prescribe one tab for anxiety at the time of tests
