I feel like suicidal tendency thinking. Please help me .I am suffering from refractory ocd. Thank you

I have a strange type of fear sitting in my head since last one year and it is not going away. I can't understand what to do

I have lots of issue in my marriage lyf whi ch lead to ruining my mental peace ..i unable to concentrate on career and about my future...i need session which helps to remove negativity from my life and help me to do a fresh start ..

Life seems out of control. Worried about family and work. Unable to manage both. Feels like a failure

I was told by my husband that i am sometimes (2 times) behaving(talking all the stuff she used to say) like his deceased mother but i don't remember anything ! Only thing I remember is that m sleeping and want to open eyes but couldnt do it! I am so scared to all these as i dont actually believe these kind of stuff and these things never happened to me previously! Even my husband is confused about my condition and sometimes asking me if i was acting . But in my senses i don't remember anything i spoke at that time . Pls help me with this

Does amytryptline hydrochloride can  be taken single without any other tablet and my relatives son taken it for 10 days and pescribed for 20 days for tension and sleep and after taking 10 days he started unknown progressive fear and anxiety does it side effects started and mentally he is unknown stable condition when he is staying single the fear and the tension started again does it it's side effects or the external thing or his body thing please kindly tell the solution for this problem doctor Thanking you doctor

Feeling Pathetic . Sometimes you looks fine from outside... But broken, depressed, irritated from inside... My body becomes sore, loss interest in kama, don't want to come home from my workplace... Home is giving me all the negativity, where i could meet the anxiety, depression, broken and irritated. . Don't have a partner to talk selflessly, outspoken... i need to measure, what he want to say..

She disturbs my sleep, my work and intentionally argues and provokes me to fight. She accuses me if having illicit relationship with other ladies and bullies others without any confirmation by blaming them having relationship with me. She says she has seen me roaming with other girls and the ladies who are my neighbours and intentionally says to her friends and family members that I am having illicit relationship with others to ruin my character. We have 10 years old daughter who is being influenced by her bad words and it's impacted her life very badly. Her intentions are not clear.

Leg pain last 10 days 24/7 was on medication for sleep disorder and anxiety 1. lonazep 0.5 MD 2. tryptomer 25 3. etizola beta 0.5 I consulted psychiatrist he changed medication 1.lonazep 0.5 2. Premipex 0.125 after taking Premipex medicine leg pain increased, felt nausea, headache started, fast heartbeat. what could be the reason?
